Leading as Enabling

Ryan Lanham's new blog. It's about learning, identity, enabling, hoping and making sense of all these things. My work is as Director of the Civil Service College of the Cayman Islands, but the views here are my own. I alone am responsible. You may also want to know that I cut and paste relevant points to www.cayman-csc.tumblr.com -- my microblog. You can find me on Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook. Paul Eloff and Lynn Marentette may also post here.
